Paralegal Services
I earned a certificate in Paralegal Studies from UCLA in 2014, and am qualified to conduct legal research and draft documents, under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
Legal Document Preparation
This fall I plan to become a certified legal document preparer, which will enable me to provide document preparation assistance and services to individuals and entities not represented by an attorney. Legal document preparers may provide general legal information but may not give legal advice.
Legal Paraprofessional Services
Later this year I plan to pursue certification as a Legal Paraprofessional (LP), which will allow me to provide legal services in limited practice areas. The most common comparison is to a Nurse Practitioner in the medical field.
